Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AnyLinga platform ("Service"), including our website at anylinga.com and application at app.anylinga.com, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AnyLinga ("we", "us", "our"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

AnyLinga is a SaaS platform that provides automated message translation, language-based routing, and channel integration for Kommo CRM. The Service enables businesses to communicate with their customers across languages and messaging channels, including WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and TikTok.

The Service includes:

  • Automatic translation of inbound and outbound messages using AI language models.
  • Integration with Kommo CRM for contact management and message relay.
  • Connections to messaging channels via Meta Business Platform (WhatsApp Business API, Instagram, Facebook Messenger), Telegram Bot API, TikTok Business Messaging API, and WhatsApp QR-based connections.
  • Translation logs, analytics, and usage monitoring.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messaging that violates applicable anti-spam laws.
  • Transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Use the Service to send messages that violate the policies of connected messaging platforms (Meta, Telegram, or others).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service in a manner that could overload, damage, or impair the infrastructure.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Service to process data of individuals under 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction).

5. Third-Party Platform Compliance

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger), Telegram, TikTok, and Kommo CRM. By using these integrations, you agree to:

  • Comply with Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy, and Meta Community Standards when sending or receiving messages through Meta channels.
  • Comply with Telegram Terms of Service and Bot API Terms when using Telegram integrations.
  • Comply with TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok for Business Terms, and TikTok Developer Terms when using TikTok integrations. TikTok messaging is subject to TikTok's 48-hour messaging window and platform-specific content policies.
  • Comply with Kommo Terms of Service when using CRM integration features.
  • Obtain all necessary consents from message recipients before sending messages through the Service.
  • Not use the Service to send messages that violate the messaging policies of any connected platform.
  • Acknowledge that third-party platforms may modify, restrict, or terminate access to their APIs at any time, which may affect Service availability.

We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including message blocking, account suspension, or API access revocation.

6. Data Processing and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

  • Message content processed through the Service is sent to third-party AI models solely for translation purposes.
  • We do not use your message content for training AI models or for any purpose other than providing the translation service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that you have lawful basis to process any personal data sent through the Service, including obtaining necessary consents from data subjects.
  • Translation logs are retained for 30 days by default and then automatically deleted (extended retention is available on Enterprise plans).

7. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your data at any time:

  • Translation logs: can be cleared from within the application, or are automatically deleted after 30 days.
  • Connected integrations: can be disconnected at any time through your account settings, which removes associated OAuth tokens and channel data.
  • Full account deletion: contact us at hello@anylinga.com to request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.

Upon account deletion, we will remove all personal data and message content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Subscription and Payments

  • The Service offers a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription.
  • Subscription plans differ by features, translation token limits, and connected channels. Current pricing is available at anylinga.com/#pricing.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to their respective terms.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
  • Translation tokens are consumed per message processed. Unused tokens do not carry over between billing periods unless otherwise stated in your plan.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by AnyLinga and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of all content you transmit through the Service (messages, media, etc.).
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • The AnyLinga name, logo, and branding are our trademarks and may not be used without prior written consent.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
  • We are not liable for any downtime caused by third-party platforms, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of translations produced by the Service.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not responsible for any losses resulting from actions taken by third-party platforms, including message delivery failures, account restrictions, or API changes.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnyLinga, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Content transmitted through the Service by you or your authorized users.

13. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@anylinga.com.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by a third-party platform.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timelines described in Section 7.
  • Sections related to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where the Service operator is established. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
