1 credit = 1 translated message, whatever its length. Savings compared with the 2,000 pack. Bonus packs are used only after the monthly allowance and are valid for a year.

What counts as one channel: One channel is one connection: a WhatsApp number, WhatsApp Business API number, Telegram bot, personal Telegram account, Instagram account or Facebook page.
What a connection includes: Each channel includes translation, voice transcription, lead routing, templates and scheduled sending, with no employee limit. The first channel includes 3,000 translations a month; each extra channel adds 1,000.
Number of managers: Does not change the channel price. There is no limit on employees.
How translation is charged: The allowance renews every month and does not roll over. Above that, translations are paid with bonus packs. 1 credit = 1 translated message.
Where group chats work: Supported WhatsApp groups use a QR code connection. Telegram groups use your own bot. Check your CRM’s feature table for support.
WhatsApp Business API messages: Billed separately by Meta.

Questions

Does the number of employees affect the price?

No. AnyLinga costs $21 per channel per month, regardless of the number of employees, with no employee limit.

What happens when my translations run out?

If both your monthly allowance and bonus packs run out, messages keep flowing but are not translated; AnyLinga warns you by email and with a note in the chat. You can enable auto top-up to buy a chosen pack when your balance drops below a threshold you set, and cap purchases per month.

What counts as one translation credit?

One credit is one translated message, whatever its length. Messages already in the needed language are not translated or charged. Translating the same text again uses the cache and is not charged.

How do bonus translation packs work?

Bonus packs are valid for one year and are used only after your monthly allowance: 2,000 translations for $15, 10,000 for $60, or 50,000 for $250. The 10,000 pack saves $15 and the 50,000 pack saves $125 compared with buying 2,000-translation packs.

Can I pay for 6 or 12 months ahead?

Yes. Paying for 6 months ahead gives you 10% off; paying for a year ahead gives you 16.7% off.

Can I add or remove channels during a paid period?

Added channels start working immediately, and you pay only for the remainder of the paid period. Removing channels takes effect immediately, with no refund for the current period.

What does the 7-day trial include?

The 7-day trial includes up to 5 channels and 1,000 translations, with no credit card required. At the end, you see what you actually used and a forecast for the month.
