Instagram and Facebook in Kommo

Here Kommo’s native integration covers the essentials on every plan. Among third-party integrations, AnyLinga and Umnico state Instagram and Facebook for Kommo, and Wazzup states Instagram. They make sense when you want the same routing, translation or service rules across all channels.

Integrations that were removed or changed

• Twilio and Gupshup: according to Kommo, no longer available in the Marketplace; accounts that installed them earlier can keep using them.
• Kommo’s old API integration (built on another provider): unsupported since October 1, 2024.
• WhatsApp Lite: no longer appears on Kommo’s current pages for new connections; Kommo documents only the migration.
• Zenvia: Kommo’s blog still mentions it, but the integration page on Kommo’s website does not open. We could not confirm whether it is still available.
