How translation credits work and how to top up in AnyLinga
AnyLinga uses credits to translate messages in Kommo. Some credits are included in your plan. You can buy additional credits in packs.
Below are the rules for credit usage, expiration, and top-ups. To top up your balance without buying packs manually, set up auto top-up.
What you'll need
- To check your balance, open AnyLinga: Settings → Billing.
- To buy a pack, you need a paid channel subscription.
- To use auto top-up, you need a saved card.
- Before setting up auto top-up, choose a pack, a balance threshold, and a purchase frequency limit.
What a credit is and when it is used
1 credit covers one translated message of any length. Learn more in message translation.
No credit is used if the message is already in the target language and translation is skipped, translation fails, or the text remains unchanged.
Translating the same text again from the cache uses one credit, just like a regular translation.
Included translations and available packs
The first channel includes 3,000 translations per month. Each additional channel adds 1,000. For example, three channels have a monthly AnyLinga translation limit of 5,000. Subscription terms are described in plans and billing.
Included in the plan credits are added once per calendar month and are valid for 31 days. Unused credits do not roll over.
During the trial, 1,000 translations are added as Trial credits. They expire at the end of the 7-day trial.
You can choose an additional translation pack for Kommo by size: S — 2,000 credits for $15; M — 10,000 for $60; L — 50,000 for $250.
Bonus pack credits are valid for one year: 365 days from purchase.
1. Check your balance and expiration dates
- Open Settings → Billing → the Translation credits card.
- Check your total balance and individual credit allocations: Trial credits, Included in the plan, Pack, and Manual top-up.
- For each allocation, check remaining / total and the expires <date> date.
The order in which credits are used
Trial credits are used first. Next, credits are used from the allocation that expires soonest.
Monthly credits usually expire before pack credits, so they are used first. But if a pack expires in less than a month, its credits are used before monthly credits.

What happens at zero credits and where to check usage
At zero credits, messages are delivered without translation, in their original language. Voice messages still have a transcript, but no translation.
AnyLinga sends emails when 20% and 5% of your balance remain, once a day at zero credits, and 14 days before a pack expires. These emails are in English, even if the Billing alerts notification category is turned off. Learn more in notifications.
5. Top up after a chat notification
- At zero credits, the agent receives a system note in the Kommo chat: “[AnyLinga] Translation not performed: translation credits have run out. Messages are delivered in the original language.” It also says: “Top up in AnyLinga → Billing.” The note's language follows the AnyLinga interface language.
- To top up, open Settings → Billing → Translation credits → Buy credits.
6. View usage for the last 30 days
- In Settings → Billing, open the Translation credits card.
- Check spent in 30 days, messages, and not translated. The not translated metric is highlighted if it is greater than zero.
- For usage by employee, open Automation → Translation, then the Team page.
- The Credits (out, 30d) column shows usage for the employee's outgoing messages only.
